For shipping destinations within Italy - except for destinations in the Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia regions and for disadvantaged areas as defined by the Italian Post Office - consumer delivery times average around 24/48 hours from the moment the PRODUCTS are shipped by myrerum.com (Savifin S.r.l. portal), for PRODUCTS that do not require customisation; for the remainder of the PRODUCTS, longer shipping times should be provided for. For EU or non-EU countries, average shipping times envisaged for the PRODUCTS will be notified from time to time.

Returns and refunds of products purchased on www.myrerum.com

myrerum.com (Savifin S.r.l. portal, hereinafter “Savifin”) undertakes to replace or refund any product purchased that is defective or fails to meet your expectations, provided that you request its replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
If you wish to return a product (hereinafter a “Return”) in order to have it replaced or refunded, you must first contact our Customer Care, within 14 days of receiving the product, by e-mail to customercare@myrerum.com or by registered letter with proof of receipt to Savifin.
A Customer Care expert will contact you, send you the Return Form (hereinafter the “Form”) which you will need to complete, and also give directions as necessary to ensure the correct destination of the Return. The Return must be fully intact as well as the original packaging, complete in all its parts including packaging material and seals that may be affixed; complete with tags, protective casing, brochures or boxes and with any additional documentation and instruction manuals as relevant.
You should also attach a copy of the Purchase Invoice to the Return (hereinafter the “Invoice”) and also the Form received from Customer Care, fully completed. If a Product is returned for replacement due to defects or non-conformity, Savifin will at its own expense ship a fully-compliant Product. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, as soon as the integrity of the Return has been ascertained, Savifin will reimburse you the full amount paid for the Return - excluding shipping costs and any other charges other than the Price of the Return - included in the Invoice, by and no later than 30 days of the date when it is received, in conformity with the foregoing.
If merchandise is returned due to an acknowledged defect of a Product, Savifin will also reimburse the shipping costs included in the Invoice, proportionately reduced, as appropriate, based on the value of any merchandise specified in the same Invoice.
The refund shall occur by bank transfer using the bank details that you will be required to specify when communicating the exercise of your withdrawal rights. If this does not happen simultaneously with the exercise of your right of withdrawal, the 30-day period will take effect from the moment SAVIFIN receives the aforementioned communication.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal if the Product "is tailor-made or clearly customised" (Article 59 subsection 1C).
